Untours Cafe

Today was mostly a relaxing day--it was cool and rainy again.  We decided to shop a little at the Carousel under the Louvre, and then decided to have some onion soup while we were out.  Found a wonderful  little restaurant near the Quai Branley Museum and went in to a cozy homey atmosphere.  Wonderful soup, and they were quite OK with that being our order.  We waited out some rain showers then went past the wonderful vertical garden wall into the Museum.  This is a museum of indigenous art from Africa, the Americas, Asia--all over the world.  It too was on our Museum Pass, so we wanted to tour a different sort of museum.  Was it ever!  It was vast, and vastly entertaining, it'd be good for everyone from children to adults.  The pathway, bringing to mind a moving stream, was fascinating...

It's not far from the Tour Eiffel, so we walked around that area again too, went across the bridge to Trocadero.  But with the weather being what it was, and it was chilly, we decided to go home and make our own supper, then have an early night.  My throat was scratchy...
